When on ED STEMI call, the cardiologist responds to STEMI and ED Emergencies: does bedside consults at the request of hospitalist.Performs CATHS if neededInterprets ECHO and Stress TestsED and Inpatient consultsFollow- up consults from prior dayLocums provider must provide a minimum of 8 hours clinical time. Anything less than 6 will not facilitate our needs, especially on weekend when the workload expands to 8 hours regularlPatient Call Volume: 10-12 consults, 3 Caths, 10 STEMI's per monthAverage Daily Procedures: 3-5 Stress Tests, 2 TEE's, 3-5 Caths, 10 EchosInpatient - Consulting and ED STEMI Call. When on ED STEMI call, the cardiologist responds to STEMI and ED Emergencies; does bedside consults at the request of hospitalist, performs CATHS if needed;Interprets ECHO and STRESS TESTSSupport Staff: Techs, and RNEMR: MeditechRequired:Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of FellowshipDEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being activeCurrent Flu VaccineMust be fully vaccinated for Covid 19Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
