Join us and indulge in a career where the benefits are as fulfilling as our food!Bay area California compensation range: $142,400 - $213,600 *Other locations may be subject to a lower range.SummaryTo help develop and execute a well-defined account strategy in order to gain distribution, improve shelf placement, and increase sales with specific national accounts. Product selection, promotional activity and shopper marketing tactics must all be considered in the strategy as well the way in which they will be presented. This will require strong collaboration with various members of the sales and marketing teams in order to help us reach our goals.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Develop Account StrategyImprove relations with buyersCoordinate top-to-top meetingsIncrease product distributionImprove on Amy's shelf positionImplement product/brand promotionsMaintain/implement competitive retail pricingReport competitive activitiesPlan and manage DME spend for assigned accountsIt is the responsibility of all employees to uphold the mission of the Amy's Food Safety and Quality Policy. This includes following all Food Safety and Sustainability programsand participating in all required training.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily. A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.EXPERIENCE5 years of experience in food sales/management with a consumer products company.Broker management experience of a minimum of 2 yearsLANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. AAbility to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.REASONING ABILITYAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
