Registered Nurse (RN) | Correctional Location: Lillington, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,038 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/18/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Correctional RN in Lillington, North Carolina, 27546! Shift: 12 Hours, 06:30am-07:00pm Description: Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop patient care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards. Respond promptly to medical emergencies, triage patient needs, and provide critical interventions. Monitor, evaluate, and document patient responses to treatment. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care. Supervise and support LPNs, nursing assistants, and other staff as appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records. Educate patients on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive healthcare practices. Adhere to infection control, safety, and security protocols within the correctional environment. Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license with eligibility to practice in NC). CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Prior experience in acute care, emergency, or correctional healthcare preferred.
