Mid-Level UX Specialist (Latvia preferred, also select locations in Europe)

We're seeking a talented mid-level UX Specialist to join our team in creating exceptional user experiences for our business software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to enhance our product's usability and user satisfaction. Lead user research initiatives including user interviews, usability testing, and behavior analysisCreate user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypesCollaborate with product managers and developers to understand business requirementsDevelop and maintain design systems for consistency across our platformConduct heuristic evaluations and accessibility auditsPresent design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedbackAt least 2 years of UX design experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS productsStrong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through user-centered designProficiency in Figma and modern prototyping toolsExperience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable insightsUnderstanding of web accessibility standards and best practicesKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principlesExcellent communication skills in EnglishWe are ideally looking for a candidate based in Riga, Latvia, our main developer hub.
