Sales Director (Insurance/InsurTech)

COMPANY OVERVIEW:Our client is an Agentic AI Platform for Real-Time Enterprise Data Management and Monetization.POSITION OVERVIEW:Our client is looking for a sales-driven Enterprise Sales Director with 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, especially in cloud/data warehousing, data platforms, or Consulting Services in the Insurance/InsureTech Domain. This person will lead pipeline generation, own the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships across the Insurance/Insuretech space.RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive outbound prospecting across verticals (insurance, finance, healthcare), leveraging existing relationships and networksProactively identify and engage enterprise buyers to build a high-value sales pipelineConduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover clients' data workflow challenges and pain pointsTranslate these insights into bespoke solution proposals, positioning the company's cloud/data fabric capabilities as high-impact answersTake ownership from first outreach through proposal, negotiation, and closingPartner with Product, Technical, Marketing, and Legal teams to craft compelling PoVs and offersDevelop regional account strategies and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records (e.g., Salesforce)Meet or exceed ambitious sales targets with a consultative, value-focused selling approachCultivate deep, strategic relationships with executive and technical stakeholdersUnderstand vertical-specific challenges-especially around governance, compliance, and data workflows-to drive relevance and trustPREFERRED PROFILE: 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales of cloud, data platforms, or data warehouse solutions. Documented track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, navigating complex multi-stakeholder cyclesDeep knowledge of regulatory and data challenges in Insurance/InsureTechSkilled in building and expanding client networks within the insurance domainExpert at diagnosing client needs and crafting tailored solution narratives and proposals.
