Their platform enables insurers, MGAs, and distribution partners to modernise operations, improve efficiency, and unlock new digital revenue streams.About the RoleThey are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead new business efforts across enterprise accounts. This is a quota-carrying role focused on closing high-value deals, managing complex sales cycles, and building long‐term strategic partnerships. This is a fully remote opportunity with exposure to leading insurance organisations across multiple markets.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close for enterprise-level dealsIdentify, engage, and win new business across insurers, MGAs, brokers, and embedded insurance partnersDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to target key accounts and market segmentsBuild and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesLead complex, multi‐stakeholder sales processes involving commercial, technical, and executive buyersDeliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals aligned to client needsCollaborate with BDRs, marketing, and product teams to drive pipeline generation and deal successNegotiate commercial terms and close high‐value SaaS agreementsMaintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reportingStay up to date with industry trends and position the solution effectively within the evolving insurtech landscapeQualificationsProven track record in business development or sales within enterprise SaaS (insurtech or fintech strongly preferred)Experience closing complex, high-value deals with long sales cyclesStrong understanding of the insurance ecosystem (carriers, MGAs, brokers, or embedded insurance models)Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targetsExcellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging C‐suite decision‐makersStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsAbility to articulate complex technical solutions in a clear, compelling waySelf‐motivated and comfortable operating in a remote, high‐growth environmentPay range and compensation packageFully remote working with flexible hours.
