Job DescriptionThe open position is for Marina Pacifica Shopping Center in Long Beach, CA.The Assistant Property Manager assists the General Manager with the day-to-day management and direct specific operating aspects of the center including physical property operations, billing and collections, reporting, and tenant, community, and vendor relations. Further, the Assistant Property Manager will take on administrative and clerical duties.The candidate will be expected to work from the management office at the property. Standard working hours are expected to be Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Please note that this position may require flexibility in your working hours, including the possibility of weekend and after-hours work, depending on project demands and operational needs.
