Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer Employment Type: Full-time Location: On-site (San Francisco Bay Area), San Francisco, CA Salary: $140k - $180k, Competitive Equity Overview: We are seeking an exceptional and enthusiastic full-stack engineer who enjoys building new products from scratch and is proficient in creating dependable backend systems and APIs. In this role, you will work closely with our team of engineers to integrate our AI technology on a large scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications from the ground up. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work on both the front-end and back-end portions of our applications, using cutting-edge technologies to ensure that our software is fast, efficient, and scalable. This is an early-stage startup company. Required skills API PostgreSQL Node.js TypeScript Python HTML CSS JavaScript React Angular AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Build and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code across the full stack of technologies Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and database schemas Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency Qualifications: 5+ years of experience building user-facing features and deploying to a production environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Design tools skills are a plus With Startup experience is a plus Relevant experience building and maintaining APIs from zero to one at a startup Expertise in designing and maintaining database schemas, indexes, and other database structures using PostgreSQL Strong proficiency with the Node.js/TypeScript stack and Python Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience working with popular front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Confident but humble If you are a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer with a drive to learn and grow in a startup company, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
