LADC / ADC-T (full time)

We are looking for a passionate LADC or ADC-T to join our team. We use a multidisciplinary team model. You will work closely with all departments to provide the best client care we can offer. We are hiring for a full time LADC/ADC-T to work at our Fridley, men's residential site. This is a caseload carrying position. Transformation House believes in taking care of our employees.
