These qualifications include the following:Hold a Master's degree or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fieldsMeet the Clinical Trainee requirements per MN State Statute 245I.04.06Has completed an accredited graduate program of study to prepare the staff person for independent licensure as a mental health professionalMeet the Mental Health Professional requirements per MN State Statue 245I.04.02Licensed as a LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP in MinnesotaAdditionally, You Must Meet The Following RequirementsDesire to work with children and families in their homes; this includes walking, stairs, and the ability to crouch, stoop, sit on floors, and stand for periods of time.Ability to work independently; Valid driver’s license/auto insurance/reliable vehicle; ability to drive a minimum of a 30-mile radius around primary clinic location.Must be proficient in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).If interested in working with children/adolescents and families must be able to commit to late afternoon/early evening schedule.Compensation: This is a non-exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $25.00 - $30.00 hourly.Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
