Senior Software Developer

LOCATION Dallas/Fort Worth Area TRAVEL N/A EMPLOYMENT Full Time This regular, full time opportunity is based out of our Dallas, Texas location. Software Developer for Morphis will be working on the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of Morphis solutions using business analysis and technical skills. In this role you will be researching, analyzing designs, implementing customization and enhancements for organization wide usage through SQL server. You will test software performance against specifications, implement programs and update existing products to improve efficiency and safety. You will support development of Morphis systems and services, including functional requirements gathering, object modeling, use case analysis, design, development, unit and systems testing, using Morphis MS Windows based UI and Microsoft SQL Server. Your primary responsibilities will include: Responsibilities Analysis, design, development, testing, implementation activities, debugging and other technical issues Assist with the management of defects, issues, design changes, reporting and resolution of vendor defects Participate in code reviews Create, design and architect database based upon business and user requirements Perform both logical and physical modeling of database objects for optimal performance Develop SQL queries to provide user view of data Develop SQL stored procedures to provide user view of data Develop testing scenarios and required testing environment and procedures Translate end-user requirements and specifications into efficient executable programs Work with other members of the development team to continue positive evolution of Morphis software Must work as a team player, presenting a polished, professional image Qualifications Excellent Knowledge in MS SQL Server, Vb script, C# Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision Self-motivated individual able to manage small to medium sized projects Interpersonal/communication skill (verbal and written) Benefits: Hours: 40 Hours Per Week Full Benefits (Health, Eye, Dental) Standard PTO Hybrid (Remote Work + Office Work) Morphis is an Equal Opportunity Employer
