This fast-paced lab offers hands-on training in advanced techniques and clinical immunotherapy projects. Flexible work hours may be required. For more information on Dr. Wang's research, please visit here .As a successful candidate, you will:• Tissue culture including application of aseptic techniques for media compounding, passaging, maintenance and cryopreservation of cell cultures (e.g., T cell lines)• Performance of T cell functional assays (e.g., cytotoxicity and cytokine production assays) and ELISAs• Murine surgical procedures and tissue harvesting/preparation• Assisting in revising/maintaining lab protocols• Providing routine lab support and maintenance activities in the spirit of GLPYour qualifications should include:Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or related field, with 2 years of post-degree research experience, or 1 year with a Master's degreeExceptional attention to detail, accuracy in lab work, and robust record-keeping skillsPrevious experience with multi-color flow cytometry and CAR T cell production highly preferredHands-on experience with cellular immunology and standard good laboratory practices (GLP) desiredCity of Hope employees pay is based on the following criteria: work experience, qualifications, and work location.City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.To learn more about our Comprehensive Benefits, please CLICK HERE .
