This role involves fast-paced research in cutting-edge technology, immunotherapeutic programs, and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions to critical illnesses.For more information on T Cell Therapeutics research, please visit here.As a successful candidate, you will: Conduct tissue culture, maintaining cell cultures and applying aseptic techniques for various cell lines, especially T cell lines. Perform T cell functional assays, including cytotoxicity, cytokine production assays, and ELISAs. Conduct cell staining for Multicolor Flow Cytometry and analyze flow cytometry data. Assist in murine surgical procedures, tissue harvesting/preparation, and contribute to revising/maintaining lab protocols. Provide routine lab support and maintain activities in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).Your qualifications should include: Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related field, with 2 years of post-degree research experience, or 1 year with a Master’s degree Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in lab work, and robust record-keeping skills Preferred: Master’s degree and hands-on experience in cellular immunology and GLPCity of Hope employees pay is based on the following criteria: work experience, qualifications, and work location.City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.To learn more about our Comprehensive Benefits, please CLICK HERE.
