We strive to be innovative, accomplishing through unconventional means, approaching every aspect of our relationships with people as an integrated, coherent system, and core-focused, allowing us to streamline, automate, and outsource anything that is not core to our mission.What you’ll doPrepare, update, and maintain accruals related to separation tracking and year-end bonus pools, ensuring accuracy and strong documentation standards; partner closely with Finance to support reconciliations and reporting needsOwn the end-to-end preparation and submission of required regulatory and external workforce reporting, as well as ad-hoc reporting requests related to headcount, attrition, and workforce demographicsServe as the primary point of contact for compensation-related data requests, providing timely, accurate, and confidential responses to internal and external stakeholdersPartner with HR Business Partners during the year-end compensation process, supporting reporting, reconciliations, sensitivity analysis, market data review, and benchmarking analysisDevelop and deliver compensation and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-makingEnsure data integrity across HR systems and processes, with a continuous improvement mindset toward efficiency, automation, and scalabilityLeverage HRIS (Workday) to optimize data collection, reporting capabilities, and organizational metrics that inform business insightsWhat’s RequiredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field3-5 years of experience in HR operations, compensation analytics, workforce analytics, or a related roleStrong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS platformsExceptional attention to detail and a high degree of comfort working with sensitive and confidential dataStrong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across HR, Finance, and business stakeholdersProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to the highest ethical standardsWe take care of our peopleWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
