Fully Remote Construction Project Manager

We’re looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager with strong commercial/industrial experience to join our team. You’ll oversee new construction, renovations, and CapEx projects from pre-construction through delivery ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.What You’ll Do:Perform full commercial/industrial construction cost estimating (building shells + tenant improvements)Deliver preliminary cost estimates during planning and keep the team updated on any cost changesProvide estimates for tenant improvements based on prototypical drawings or lease negotiations (critical for proforma validation)Work with the design team to secure permits and coordinate inspectionsCollaborate with the project superintendent on detailed schedules covering design, pre-construction, construction, and tenant deliveryLead value engineering and adaptive re-use strategies for commercial/industrial buildingsEvaluate scope, methods, techniques, and materials to maximize efficiency while protecting design integrity and tenant requirementsAdminister and validate self-performed work, subcontracts, and change ordersTrack budgeted vs. actual costs and issue variance reportsOversee quality control, including coordination of material testing and special inspections as neededMaintain clear, accurate, and timely project documentationWhat You Bring:5+ years of Project Management experience in constructionProven experience in adaptive re-use of commercial/industrial buildingsStrong background in commercial/industrial construction cost estimationBonus: Background in commercial electrical is highly preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryPaid training, holidays, and vacationsCompany-sponsored 401(k)Medical, dental, and life insuranceWellness program with personal trainers, yoga classes, and on-site gymOn-site meal preparation and servicePaid parkingIf you’re a hands-on project manager who thrives in commercial construction, loves value engineering, and knows how to keep projects on track and under budget, we want to hear from you!
