This role will be instrumental in driving user acquisition for our Everand and Fable products through social advertising strategies.What You’ll DoOwn and optimize paid social advertising budgets across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other social platforms for web and mobile app campaignsDevelop and execute paid social strategies aligned with our growth objectives and brand guidelinesBuild and maintain sophisticated audience targeting frameworks, sustaining results through platform shifts and creative fatigueDesign and execute structured testing plans across bidding models, creative formats, and audience strategies; produce durable test plans and playbooks the team can reuseCollaborate with Creative to develop high-performing ad content, influencing briefs with performance dataLeverage AI tools to accelerate experimentation and creative iteration. Ex: concept generation, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and performance prediction to expand test velocityLead learning reviews and document test results so insights are actionable and built into future planning cyclesPartner with Product and Engineering to identify landing page friction points, propose A/B test hypotheses, and own a CRO testing roadmap across landing pagesAnalyze funnel performance from ad click through to subscription activation, connecting paid media inputs to downstream conversion outcomesPartner with data science to develop attribution models, incrementality tests, and LTV signaling pipelinesOwn regular analytics and reporting; effectively communicate performance, wins, and challenges to stakeholdersWho You Are6+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, with at least 3 years focused on subscription or D2C productsProven track record of scaling social advertising spend efficiently while maintaining or improving LTV:CACDeep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads platforms, including structured testing across bidding, creative, and audienceStrong understanding of conversion optimization, audience targeting, and creative testing methodologiesExperience with attribution models and incrementality testing; able to pressure-test data and validate what actually drove performance before scalingIn-depth understanding of automated bid strategies with experience optimizing toward CPA or ROAS goalsComfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow (Ex: for creative concepting, performance analysis, or experimentation) and genuinely curious about how emerging tools change what's possibleExcellent analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization toolsTrack record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder managementPreferred QualificationsExperience marketing subscription products or digital content servicesGoogle Tag Manager experienceFamiliarity with mobile app marketing and app store optimizationFamiliarity and eagerness to work with AI toolsAt Scribd, Inc., your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. San Francisco is our highest geographic market in the United States.In the state of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $107,500 [minimum salary in our lowest geographic market within California] to $165,000 [maximum salary in our highest geographic market within California].In the United States, outside of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $89,000 [minimum salary in our lowest US geographic market outside of California] to $156,000 [maximum salary in our highest US geographic market outside of California].In Canada, the reasonably expected salary range is between $113,000 CAD[minimum salary in our lowest geographic market] to $144,000 CAD[maximum salary in our highest geographic market].We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
