CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Full Service Real Estate Development Firm seeking CFO Rock Hill, SC $130-$150k + bonus Real estate finance experience required ??????? Financial Leadership & Strategy: Serve as a key member of the financial leadership team, contributing to the overall strategic direction and growth of the firm across all lines of business. Develop and execute financial strategies that optimize the firm's capital structure (cash management), enhance profitability, and mitigate financial risks. Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and compliance. Manage and provide oversight for all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations. Financial Modeling & Analysis: Lead all financial modeling activities, including complex pro forma analysis for development projects, acquisition underwriting, and investor fund performance projections to include waterfalls. Provide sophisticated financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making, investor relations, and capital raising efforts. Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting processes for all properties and corporate entities. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 10+ years of progressive financial experience within the commercial real estate industry, ideally encompassing experience with asset management, property management, and development. Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred Demonstrated high-level proficiency in Yardi software is preferred #AF123
