Process Expert

Akkodis is seeking a Process Expert for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL(Remote). This role drives operational efficiency by conducting assessments, developing strategies, and leading cross‐functional process optimization initiatives.Rate Range: $41/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Process Expert job responsibilities include:* Conduct end‐to‐end process assessments to identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, and cycle‐time reduction opportunities.* Develop and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM‐based strategies to drive operational transformation and improve business efficiency.* Use data and analytics tools (Power BI, Power Query, VBA) to analyze process performance and support optimization initiatives.* Lead process improvement projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross‐functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.* Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful implementation of improvements.* Create detailed process maps, document future‐state designs, and present insights and recommendations to leadership to influence decision‐making.Required Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field (master's degree preferred).* 8-10 years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Excellence, or Operational Improvement roles.* Six Sigma Certification (Green, Yellow, or Black Belt) with the ability to demonstrate successful process implementations.* Proven experience leading Lean/Six Sigma process improvement initiatives and collaborating with cross‐functional business and technology teams.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
