Recruiter

Our client is a leading global financial services organization seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their growing Talent Acquisition team. You will manage full life-cycle recruiting, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier accounting and finance professionals.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment for accounting and finance roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using multiple channels.Advise and partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategy and candidate selection.Ensure a positive, professional, and confidential candidate experience.Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.Contribute to process improvements and other talent initiatives as needed.Qualifications:5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Accounting & Finance or Financial Services.Experience recruiting fund accounting, private equity, or investment-related roles is highly desirable.Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
