Your Responsibilities: Attend deliveries and provide immediate neonatal care. Oversee the day-to-day management of the NICU, ensuring top-quality patient care. Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds , including ventilator and nutrition management, lab reviews, and family meetings. Coordinate and manage patient transports for appropriate gestational ages within our Level 3 NICU. What We re Looking For: A commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care .
