Job Title: Change Management and Communications Lead IIILocation: Houston, TX (Hybrid)Duration: 12+ Month ContractOverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Change Management and Communications Lead III to support complex, cross-functional initiatives within GTM Operations. This role requires a strong blend of Project Management, Change Management, and Business Analysis capabilities, with a focus on driving process optimization and delivering measurable business outcomes.The ideal candidate will partner closely with business sponsors, operational leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage initiatives end-to-end, while ensuring alignment across scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of business initiatives, including planning, execution, and sustainmentDevelop and maintain project charters, master schedules, governance frameworks, and reporting structuresIntegrate change management practices into the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth adoption and transition from current to future stateConduct change impact assessments and develop integrated project and change plansPartner with business sponsors, leads, and stakeholders to drive alignment and executionIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and operational effectivenessStandardize and harmonize workflows across GTM operations and ancillary functionsCoordinate and track multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are metSupport internal audits and review project documentation, including drawings and as-built recordsManage aspects of vendor coordination and engagement as neededCollaborate with IT teams on initiatives (no direct system implementation ownership)Provide clear, concise executive-level communications and reportingInfluence stakeholders and drive adoption without direct authorityRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong Project Management experience on business-side initiatives (non-IT focused)Proven experience in change management and integrating it within project deliveryAbility to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levelsExperience with process optimization, workflow standardization, and operational improvementsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadershipProficiency in MS Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with project governance, reporting, and scheduling toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience in Oil & Gas industry, with exposure to Gas Transmission highly preferredFamiliarity with operational project environments and infrastructure-related workflowsPMP and/or Prosci certification preferredExperience working alongside change management specialists and cross-functional delivery teams
