Change Management Manager

Change Management and Communications Lead III Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract (12+ months, High potential for extension)Overview: We are seeking a Change Management and Communications Lead III with a strong mix of Project Management, Change Management, and Business Analysis experience. This role will support GTM Operations by partnering with business stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives end-to-end, with a focus on process optimization and measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and sustainment Develop project charters, governance structures, and master schedules Integrate change management into the project lifecycle and support adoption strategies Conduct change impact assessments and collaborate with change specialists Identify process gaps and drive workflow standardization and optimization Provide executive-level communications, reporting, and stakeholder updates Coordinate project activities, timelines, and dependencies Support internal project audits and documentation reviews Manage project-related documentation (e.g., drawings, as-builts, storage processes) Partner with IT teams (no direct system implementation) Assist with vendor coordination and project intake processes Required Skills:Strong Project Management experience (business/operations side, not IT-focused) Solid understanding of change management principles Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications:Oil & Gas industry experience (Gas Transmission preferred) PMP or Prosci certification is a plus
