Solid Surface Fabricator

Solid Surface Fabricators and Installers ;Primarily responsible for the fabrication of solid surface products. Position would include cutting, assembly and finishing of solid surface counter tops. &; Reading and interpreting plans to produce solid surface countertops Operate equipment, power lifts, panel saws, routers, and hand tools Join seams and parts together Grind, sand, clean, polish surfaces to prepare surfaces for finishing Follow all safety and OSHA standards to ensure a safe working environment Attend department meetings as required Daily cleaning of workspace Perform other duties as assigned or required ;Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous experience in this field and with this product, as well as being able to read drawings. The job may or may not (depending on candidate) involve installation of countertops. Must have dexterity of hands and fingers Noise level in this environment can be occasionally loud.
