This role will support daily accounts payable operations, including coding, reconciliations, and electronic document management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing systems and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume material invoices, including cement, fly ash, stone, sand, hauling, and related materials Accurately code cement and fly ash invoices Perform vendor statement reconciliations and assist with statement reporting Electronically file and manage invoices using OnBaseSupport general accounts payable and clerical duties as assigned Maintain accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced AP environment Preferred Experience & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experienceProven experience processing high-volume invoices in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Self-starter with initiative and strong teamwork skills Positive, professional attitude with the ability to adapt to change Experience with MAS/SAGE and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus Construction, concrete, or materials-related industry experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (assessment scores of 95% or higher preferred) Ability to adapt to rapid and frequent software and procedural changes Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour Search managed by: Coleman Harris Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
