Ensure proper set up of awards and chartstrings in Financial Management System based on sponsor requirements. Identify invoicing and financial reporting requirements and notate in the Grants Portal.Percentage of time 40 Duties/ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit invoices on certain sponsored projects. Knowledge of accounting principles necessary to properly prepare the invoices in accordance with sponsoring agency’s requirements. Invoices will be consistently prepared, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
