Flooring Project Manager

Position Summary: The Commercial Flooring Project Manager works to maintain good relationships with existing customers, present solutions, understand provided estimates and project scope, maintain an acceptable profit margin, and manages the project from contract to completion. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Strong leadership, organizational skills, multitasking and problem-solving skills. · Experience in commercial flooring or construction project management is preferred. · Proficiency in Moraware, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Outlook. · Knowledge of gross profit margins, changing order processes, and cost tracking. · Experience working with construction drawings and coordinating subcontractors. · Hearing and seeing, effective verbal and written communication; fluent in English. · Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and installation teams. · Minimum of 2 years construction/flooring experience Work Environment & Physical Demands: · Work occurs in a mix of office, warehouse, construction sites, and customer locations. · Requires strong hearing, sight, and communication skills.
