This highly visible role sits at the center of a collaborative, high-performing environment, managing complex travel and visa coordination, overseeing document workflows, and supporting business development and strategic initiatives. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service within a dynamic, team-oriented culture that values professionalism, initiative, and excellence.Responsibilities for Legal EA / Administrative Coordinator:Assist attorneys with a wide range of administrative and operational support, ensuring efficient day-to-day workflowManage calendaring and scheduling, including organizing and facilitating conference and video callsPrepare materials for presentations, meetings, and conferencesEnter attorney time records and process expense reports accurately and timelyDraft engagement letters and new matter memos for client onboardingSupport the new business conflicts process and ensure proper documentationCoordinate complex travel arrangements, including visa procurement and passport renewalsPartner with internal departments and staff across all levels to verify accuracy and ensure quality of workCollaborate with domestic and international offices to support cross-functional initiativesContribute to departmental initiatives and special projects as neededSupport business development efforts by tracking activities and coordinating with the Marketing teamRequirements for Legal Executive Assistant (Global Law Firm):Bachelor's Degree preferred3+ years of related administrative experience in a law firmUnderstanding or experience working with travel visa and immigration forms a plusProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointDemonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writingAbility to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality#zr
