Receptionist / Executive Assistant (Law Firm)

A reputable law firm is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist / Executive Assistant to serve as the first point of contact while providing high-level administrative support to attorneys and firm leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and maintains a high level of discretion.Key Responsibilities:Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front office experienceManage incoming calls, route messages, and handle general inquiriesCoordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments for attorneysPrepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondenceMaintain office organization, supplies, and conference room schedulingAssist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and administrative tasksSupport file management, both physical and electronicHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismQualifications:Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred2+ years of receptionist, administrative, or executive assistant experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)High attention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environmentProfessional demeanor and client-service mindsetWhy Join:Established and growing legal teamCollaborative and professional office cultureOpportunity for growth and expanded responsibilitiesCompensation is $20-22/hr DOE.
