Not profiles trying to align training or HR experience as change management. Proven track record of leading change initiatives as the change lead. Experience with top-tier consulting firms preferred. Ability to work independently with strong hands-on execution. Not just strategy or advisory—should be able to lead change initiatives end-to-end, including impact assessment, mitigation, training, and communications. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
