Not profiles trying to align training or HR experience as change management. Proven track record of leading change initiatives as the change lead. Experience with top-tier consulting firms preferred. Ability to work independently with strong hands-on execution. Not just strategy or advisory—should be able to lead change initiatives end-to-end, including impact assessment, mitigation, training, and communications. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead and support change management initiatives across the organization.This role is crucial for ensuring the successful implementation of strategic projects and driving adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.The Organizational Change Manager will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, from senior leadership to frontline employees, to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption during periods of transformation.Key Responsibilities:Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project objectives and organizational goals.
