Job Description: Title: Real Estate Services AssistantJob Family: Property ManagementBackground Package: Standard Package-No Drug ScreeningBill RateHours: IM-F 8-5pmRemote/Hybrid/In-Person: In-PersonLocation: 800 Connecticut Avenue Norwalk, CT,Assignment Duration: One YearPotential to convert to FTE, If so, what rate: PotentialResource's Typical Working DayReviews/processes payroll for onsite employees and approves invoices based on matching budgeted expenses/matching historical monthly billingManages tenant work orders/bills tenants monthly Processes invoices for vendors, manages monthly utility meter readings/billingsCreates manual billings for tenants.Create contracts, POs for our vendors or sets up new vendors in our systemsMonitors/updates/files certificates of insurance for all vendors and tenants per the dates that are tracked in the systemsUpdates tenant contact list, adds critical dates, adds new tenants to the systems we use.Manages onsite events for conference room usage etc,Will be responsible for working office suppliesPutting on tenant events while utilizing platforms such as CanvaYears of Experience needed: 2+ Year of real estate administrative experienceLevel of Education: H.S DiplomaSystems/Software ProficienciesMicrosoft Office Suite and Yardi (or similar platform to Yardi) is requiredPulse, P2P, Angus, MRI, Canva are preferredCertifications/Licenses: n/aTop Must Have SkillsBeing able to work independentlyFollow up with items that are emailed by partner to this candidate in a timely manner (not needing follow ups by the HM)Utilizing resources on their intranet to learn processes and proceduresAnswering inquiries from tenants and being able to provide great customer serviceTop Nice To Have SkillsPulse, P2P, Angus, MRI, Canva are preferredGreater than two years of experenceInterview Process: One Interview
