Security and Low Voltage Project Manager

Description:The Project Manager is a customer-focused role responsible for successfully leading moderate to complex projects typically located within range of our local area. Main responsibilities are managing scope, schedule, and budget to meet customer expectations. This role requires the individual to work effectively with customers, vendors, internal resources, and subcontractors to accomplish project objectives.PM18Requirements:Act as primary contact to the customer, communicate effectively and often on project statusSet and manage goals and objectives of internal resources and subcontractorsManage high volume, high revenue projects that are complex in natureEnsure quality of deliverable to client, meeting, or exceeding expectations, as well as satisfying all project goals and due datesActive involvement in managing customer account to discover new business opportunitiesSourcing materials and subcontractors, negotiating costs, estimation, and proposal creationResource management coordination, scheduling and management of union technicians, engineers, programmers, and other internal resourcesParticipation in monthly project forecasting of revenue recognition and financial reportingProject specific change control management and risk management per PMO standardsCollaborate with Estimation & Engineering Office for documentation and deliverablesManage the execution of all components of project plan, including ongoing risk assessment, coordination and management of all project deliverables and timeline, vendor/subcontractor coordination, budget control and project cost reportingReporting/escalation to management and leadership teams as requiredContinuous improvement of process and methodsDevelopment of leadership skillsAttend conferences and training as required to increase/maintain proficienciesSkills:Curiosity to develop better solutionsHighly responsive with effective communication skillsAbility to work at a fast pace within a changing environmentEffectively identify and organize priorities, executing accordinglyHigh degree of motivation, self-direction, commitment, and integrityStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with collaborative, team-oriented mindsetPrior experience in estimation is a plusRequirements:Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience; Physical Security or Low Voltage Cabling preferredBachelor's degree in management, technology, or related fieldPM18PIf04c7d901d23-31181-34541689
