This is a full-time, long-term opportunity on 1st shift with consistent hours and a great team environment.Position: Mechanical AssemblerPay Range: $18–$19/HRLocation: Milford, NHSchedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 2:30 PMJob DescriptionWe are looking for Mechanical Assemblers to perform hands-on assembly of both small and large components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves working with precision parts, following detailed instructions, and ensuring high-quality finished products.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical components using hand and power toolsFollow blueprints, work instructions, and bills of materialsPerform rework, adjustments, and inspections as neededUse measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesOperate fixtures, pneumatic tools, and manual pressesVerify proper function and quality of assembled productsWork efficiently to meet production timelinesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprintsBasic computer skills requiredStrong manual dexterity and attention to detailAbility to work independently and on a teamPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 20–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequentlyStanding and/or sitting for up to 8 hours per shiftStrong hand dexterity and visual attention to detailComfortable working with tools, equipment, and industrial materialsIf you are interested in this position, please apply with an updated resume!Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
