Barista

We are looking for dedicated and guest-focused Baristas to join our Shipboard Beverage Department. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, and excellent service in line with company standards. Qualifications:At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel, lounge, restaurant, and cafe.Knowledge of coffee, tea, and specialty coffee drinksAbility to multi-task and remain organized and flexible in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGuest-oriented mindset with attention to detailGuest service focused and solution orientedAbility to analyze and interpret documents such as recipes and manualsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with guests and fellow employeesKey Responsibilities:Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages consistentlyProvide warm, professional, and solution-oriented guest serviceAll areas are clean, USPH compliant and visually appealing at all timesEnsures all operating standards and procedures are executed consistentlyFollow company standards, safety, and quality proceduresCreates opportunities for the guest to interact with the productFollows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing productsSupport team members and contribute to overall F&B goalsTakes initiative in learning all aspects of the Barista position 📩 Interested candidates are encouraged to apply here or connect directly for more information.
