Office ManagerLocation: Fort Lauderdale, FL (downtown)Role OverviewThe On-Site Office Manager will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, supporting both leadership, employees and visiting customers/partners to foster a top professional, collaborative, and engaging work environment. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives on organization, efficiency, and people-first service. You’ll be the face of the company and play a key part in making our office a space where innovation and collaboration can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations: Oversee the daily functioning of the office, including supplies, vendor relationships, maintenance, security, and equipment.Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to leadership, including managing EBC/Meeting rooms, events planning, scheduling, travel coordination, expense reporting, and documentation.Customer/Employee Experience: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Plan in-office events, team-building activities, and celebrations.Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with local workplace regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.Facilities Management: Manage office layout, seating arrangements, and coordination of IT and facilities needs to support a hybrid work environment.Culture & Engagement: Partner with HR and leadership to maintain a strong company culture, ensuring our values are reflected in the workplace experience.Finance & Purchasing: Manage office budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement of office supplies and services.QualificationsProven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.Proficiency with productivity software (MS Office, Google Workspace, collaboration tools like Slack/Teams).Knowledge of local labor and workplace regulations (experience in SaaS or technology companies is a plus).Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve effectively.
