As a Product Manager, you will craft and shape the strategy for internal developer experience tied to our cloud transformation for the entire organization. You will also work with a team of Product Managers to align roadmaps and overall strategy to ensure a complete and cohesive solution for our Developer Experience. A successful candidate must be energized by building deep, data-driven customer empathy, collaborating with Design and Engineering, discovering opportunities through data analysis, and creating and communicating progress through clear leading indicators.As a Product Manager in Engineering Systems, you will oversee key aspects of the internal and external developer experience, including:Transforming our internal developer experience, leveraging the power of AI to change how developers get information, design systems, and develop code.Re-thinking and transforming how teams release and experiment with their latest ideas & innovations via advanced feature management capabilities and experimentation techniquesServing as the tip-of-the-spear for cloud transformation to create faster, automated, and turnkey pathways for internal teams to increase their efficiency and automate away toilAbout Product Management within Engineering Systems:Our Engineering Systems Product Management team focuses on three key principles - delivering tangible value to customers iteratively and frequently, having a bias to action, and leading collaboratively. If you have working experience in building great platform capabilities, scaling adoption for game-changing innovation, and love delivering real value to users through frequent iterations, you'll be right at home in Engineering Systems!Job Description and RequirementsRole ResponsibilitiesCraft and shape the product strategy and portfolio pertaining to a company -wide cloud transformation.Clearly communicate your product vision roadmap to internal/external stakeholders , senior leaders , and customers with varying levels of technical acumen.Lead with a data-driven approach with the voice of the customer , utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data from user, customer, market, competitive insight and data to articulate clear , long-term product vision , identify new strategic opportunities, and gain organizational buy-in.Manage effectively via Objectives and Key Results alongside measurable leading indicators of product health and project success; drive tactics based on insights from portfolio metrics and reporting .Discover and understand internal engineering customer needs to identify approaches to superpower their productivity in critical build, test, deployment, and release workflows.Lead collaboratively and evangelize best practices related to feature management, experimentation, releases , cloud development , and testing practices while building consensus and influenc e .Own the operation of their portfolio . C reat e and revise roadmaps based on real-time signals . F acilitat e and work with teams to scope and prioritize issues and tickets and deliver great outcomes to customers.Preferred qualificationsUnderstanding of how developers can leverage AI to achieve higher value , quality, and speed .Ability to find and reduce organizational bottlenecks by working with engineering teams to automate manual processes.A team player with proven ability to validate solutions and deliver features from inception to deliveryStrong tactical execution with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyChampioning, creating, and delivering value via incentive-based adoption strategies for features and platform capabilitiesYou focus on the details, but focus your strategy on the big picture objectivesExcellent communication and presentation skillsMi nimum qualifications3 + years of experience in product managementSolid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile practicesExperience and results with delivering value to internal customersDemonstrated practical experience and application of AI tools for PM practicesFamiliarity and comfort with data,including ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success.You are excited and curious about highly complex problems, systems, and interactionsRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.The expected salary range for this role is between following values:$115,000 and $173,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
