This is a great chance to join a stable company, learn valuable skills, and grow your career in manufacturing.Machine Operator – 1st Shift - Great Opportunity!!!!Pay: $20.28/hr.Shift: 1st Shift (Monday to Friday - 7am to 3pm)What You’ll Do:Operate coating and laminating machines to meet production requirementsRead and follow work orders for custom product specificationsSet up and prepare materials for processingLoad rolls of material, thread through feed systems, and monitor coating line during operationAdjust machine settings as needed for quality outputComplete required paperwork, logs, and checklists accuratelyPerform basic machine maintenance and keep work areas cleanTrain and support new employees as neededFollow safety and quality guidelines, including hazardous waste responsibilitiesWhat We’re Looking For:Solid work history with reliable attendancePrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsTeam-oriented and willing to learn
