Real Estate Assistant
Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and organized Real Estate Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and field-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, from placing property signs and lock boxes to managing marketing materials and running errands. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property checks and place signage and lock boxes at listings
Run administrative errands such as visiting the post office and delivering documents
Assist with creating, labeling, and mailing postcards and other marketing materials
Manage incoming calls, take messages, and provide excellent customer service
Coordinate property showings and maintain organized schedules
Assist with light marketing tasks, including social media updates and flyer distribution
Prepare and manage real estate documents and client files
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of real estate processes is a plus but not required
