Transaction Coordinator

Our client in the Brick, New Jersey area, is seeking a Real Estate Administrator / Transaction Coordinator to join their team permanently, fully onsite role (Monday-Friday; 8-5pm). This position supports a high-volume real estate team and plays a critical role in managing transactions from pre-listing through closing.This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping multiple moving pieces on track while delivering a strong client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate real estate transactions from pre-listing through closingManage listings and transactions end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and documentation are handled accuratelyPrepare CMAs, contracts, listing paperwork, and marketing/listing materialsCoordinate photos, showings, inspections, and closingsServe as a key point of contact for agents, clients, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and vendorsMaintain and organize digital files and transaction recordsAssist with commission processing, reporting, and general administrative supportSupport team operations, client service efforts, and overall brand presentationQualificationsPrior experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, or a similar support roleStrong knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and listing processesExperience working with real estate systems preferredExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a high-volume environmentLocation: Brick, NJ areaSchedule: fully onsite, Monday through FridayCompensation: $60,000–$75,000 base, depending on experienceBenefits: Medical benefits offered & PTO/Paid HolidaysRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
