Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Title: SFDC BA – B2B CommerceLocation: San Diego, CA (5 days per week onsite)Hourly Rate: $65 USD per hourStart Date: June 1stJob Description:The Role:Act as the bridge between customers' commercial, R&D, and operations teams and the technical delivery team. Elicit, document, and translate business needs into functional requirements for Salesforce solutions supporting the integration.Key Responsibilities:Conduct workshops and interviews with customer stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain).Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and B2B Commerce.Analyze gaps between customer legacy processes and the Salesforce ecosystem.Serve as liaison between business users, IT, vendors, and development teams.Support UAT planning, test case creation, and user training.Required Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years as a Salesforce BA in Life Sciences / Health & Life Sciences (HLS).Salesforce Knowledge: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ fundamentals, and B2B Commerce.Domain: Understanding of reagent/antibody commercial workflows or diagnostic products.Soft Skills: Excellent communication; ability to translate scientific and commercial needs into technical requirements.Work Environment:Location: San Diego, CA – 5 days per week onsite.Start Date: June 1st.
