Customer Relationship Management Business Analyst

Job Title: SFDC BA – B2B CommerceLocation: San Diego, CA – 5 days a week Job Description :The RoleAct as the bridge between customers’ commercial, R&D, and operations teams and the technical delivery team. Elicit, document, and translate business needs into functional requirements for Salesforce solutions supporting the integration. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct workshops and interviews with Customer stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain)Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and B2B CommerceAnalyze gaps between Customer legacy processes and Salesforce ecosystemServe as liaison between business users, IT, vendors, and development teamsSupport UAT planning, test case creation, and user training Required QualificationsExperience: 5+ years as a Salesforce BA in Life Sciences / HLSSalesforce Knowledge: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ fundamentals and B2B CommerceDomain: Understanding of reagent/antibody commercial workflows or diagnostic productsSoft Skills: Excellent communication; ability to translate scientific/commercial needs into technical requirements
