Employment Attorney – Plaintiff SideLocation: Full Remote across CaliforniaJob Description:Our client, a fast-growing plaintiffs’ employment law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a dedicated Employment Attorney to join their dynamic team.As part of their litigation team, you’ll represent employees in individual and class action claims, including wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.What You’ll DoHandle all aspects of litigation from intake through trial or settlementDraft and respond to discoveryTake and defend depositionsDraft and argue motions, including MSJsAppear for hearings, mediations, and trialsManage client relationships with empathy and strategic guidanceCollaborate with senior attorneys on complex class and PAGA casesQualifications:2+ years of employment litigation experienceExperience with wage and hour, wrongful termination, and discrimination casesLicensed and in good standing with the California BarSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $300,000 annually].
