No call duties, either on weekdays or weekends, are expected.Caseload: You will exclusively manage adult patients, with an average of 7 patients per mid-level per day. Additionally, anticipate overseeing an average of 8 hospital patients per mid-level per day, including 3 admissions and 8 ICU patients. Our staffing includes three physicians onsite at all times to provide support and facilitate collaboration.Setting: This position is based in a hospital setting, primarily focusing on inpatient and acute care. We maintain a dedicated unit equipped with 16 ICU beds, ensuring comprehensive and specialized care for our patients.Required Skills/Procedures: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in central lines and arterial lines, essential skills for providing critical care interventions and ensuring patient stability.Preferred Skills/Procedures: While not mandatory, candidates with skills in infectious disease management, hematologic disorders, surgical care, and suturing are highly valued.
