Job Title: Storage Engineer (IPv6 Support)LocationWashington, DC100% Onsite (5 days/week)Job Type6-Month Contract (Extension Possible)Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Storage Engineer to manage and support enterprise storage systems in a secure network environment.In this role, you will:Install, configure, and maintain storage systems (SAN/NAS).Monitor storage capacity, health, and performance.Perform regular data backups and help recover data if needed.Configure storage systems to work with IPv6 and IPv4 networks.Troubleshoot storage and network issues.Work with server, network, and IT teams to keep systems running smoothly.Ensure data is secure, available, and backed up at all times.Required Skills5+ years of Storage Engineering experience.Experience with SAN and NAS storage systems.Experience managing backups and disaster recovery.Ability to monitor storage performance and capacity.Knowledge of IPv6 networking.Experience troubleshooting storage issues.Good communication and teamwork skills.
