Job Title: Mailroom / Print & Shipping Associate (Managed Services Onsite)Location: Oxford, GA 30054 (Emory University - Oxford Campus)Employment Type: Temp to EngagePay Rate: $18/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)Interview Type: In-personPosition SummaryThe On-Site Services Specialist provides essential mailroom, print, and document management support at a client site. This role supports daily operations involving mail processing, package handling, and print/copy services in a fast-paced academic environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical and technical tasks.Key Responsibilities• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries • Operate high-volume copy, print, scan, and mail processing equipment • Handle document finishing tasks such as binding, stapling, sorting, and filing • Distribute mail, office supplies, and packages to designated locations • Maintain accurate logs for mail tracking, shipping, and billing records • Perform basic equipment troubleshooting (paper jams, copier issues, etc.) • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies • Support document scanning, archiving, and records management • Respond to customer requests and provide status updates on jobs • Maintain clean, organized, and stocked mailroom/work areas • May lift and transport materials up to 50-55 lbs and push heavy carts (up to 400 lbs on wheels) Required Qualifications• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email systems, and data entry) • Ability to operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience in mailroom, warehouse, retail, or office support preferred Physical Requirements• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching • Ability to lift up to 50-55 lbs regularly • Push/pull heavy equipment on wheels • Extended periods of physical activity throughout the shift Work Environment• Office-based mailroom and document services environment • Moderate noise level and active workflow setting • May require walking between campus buildingsEqual Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected VeteransThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdfThe pay transparency policy is available here:https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdfFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
