Job Description Drilling Roughneck Location: 19322 Highway 6, Manvel TX / Field Operations Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience) + guaranteed minimum 15-20 hours of overtime per week Employment Type: Full-Time We are immediately hiring a Drilling Roughneck to join our field operations team. This is a hands-on outdoor position on drilling crews where you will play a key role in supporting water well drilling activities in commercial and residential settings. What You'll Do: Assist with drilling operations, rig setup, pipe handling, and general crew tasks Work outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat and cold) Operate hand tools and basic machinery safely and efficiently Follow supervisor instructions and maintain a strong team-oriented attitude Perform physical labor including lifting up to 100 lbs. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (No DWI/DUI) Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle is a plus Possession of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus Previous mechanical or oilfield experience and comfort with hand tools is a plus Must be able to lift 100 lbs. and perform strenuous physical work Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow directions well What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay with consistent overtime Company uniforms provided after 45-day trial period 3 paid sick days per year 8-10 paid holidays per year One week of paid vacation Weekly paychecks (paper or direct deposit) Full-time stable work with growth opportunities Next Steps: Employment offers are contingent upon passing a physical exam and drug test.
