Job Description Assistant Service TechnicianLocation: 19322 Highway 6, Manvel, TX / Field OperationsPay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience) + guaranteed minimum 15-20 hours of overtime per weekEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are hiring an Assistant Service Technician to support our service and maintenance team. This entry-to-mid level role involves hands-on mechanical work and field support for commercial and residential water wells.What You'll Do:Assist senior technicians with equipment service, repairs, and maintenancePerform outdoor work in varying weather conditions (hot and cold)Use hand tools and basic mechanical skills on a daily basisHelp with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and general shop/field tasksFollow instructions from supervisors and maintain a positive team attitudeLift and move heavy equipment and parts (up to 100 lbs.)Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent preferredValid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (No DWI/DUI)Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle is a plusPrevious mechanical experience and comfort working with hand tools is a plusMust be physically capable of lifting 100 lbs. and working in all weatherDependable, safety-minded, and able to take direction wellWhat We Offer:Competitive starting pay with reliable overtime hoursCompany uniforms provided after 45-day trial period3 paid sick days per year8-10 paid holidays per yearOne week of paid vacationWeekly paychecks (paper or direct deposit)Opportunities for advancement as skills developNext Steps:Position requires passing a physical exam and drug test.
