The Enterprise Sales Director, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, is an articulate, motivated "hunter" who can hit the ground running, identifying and qualifying prospects, building trust through value, and consistently demonstrating an ability to close business.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new revenue through proactive, high-volume prospecting and outreachBuild, manage, and evolve a strategic sales plan to grow business and exceed quotaUnderstand, empathize, and communicate effectively with prospects, specifically demand gen, digital media, and marketing professionals at companies and agenciesCommunicate Integrate's value proposition with clarity & relevance, grounded in B2B marketing strategy and industry dynamicsUse data-driven insights to optimize deal strategy, focus pipeline efforts, improve forecasting precision, and deliver meaningful reporting for internal stakeholdersDeliver compelling product demonstrations (virtual and in-person) to effectively showcase platform capabilitiesCollaborate with Account Management teams to ensure seamless transitions post-sale and high customer satisfactionPartner with Marketing for strategic, GTM initiatives with the common goal of revenue generation.Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality, messaging, and campaign performance to optimize go-to-market effortsQualificationsAggressive hunter with entrepreneurial mindsetMinimum of 7+ years selling in the Enterprise B2B Marketing and/or SaaS spaceSkilled in influencing marketing decision makers who are looking for ROI on their investmentLeverages articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast pace, rapidly evolving environmentManage and grow a portfolio of business, while aggressively hunting for new businessThrive in performance-based environments, reaping the rewards of exceeding quota#J-18808-Ljbffr
