We partner with public sector and enterprise clients to modernize infrastructure, enhance resilience, and drive digital transformation.Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-performing Senior Inside Sales Manager / Senior Account Executive to lead revenue growth, strengthen our inside sales function, and drive execution across key NYC accounts.This is a player-coach role designed for a senior sales professional who thrives in both strategy and execution—owning complex deals while supporting and enabling a broader sales team. You will play a critical role in building pipeline, accelerating deal cycles, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales process.The ideal candidate has strong experience in the NYC SLED market and can effectively position AI, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Pipeline OwnershipOwn and drive revenue targets across SLED, mid-market, and enterprise accountsBuild, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline through disciplined inside sales executionLead complex deals from prospecting through negotiation and closeInside Sales Leadership & Daily ExecutionProvide day-to-day support and direction to the sales team, ensuring consistent pipeline activity and follow-throughEstablish and optimize sales processes, outreach strategies, and pipeline management disciplineCoach and support team members on deal progression, positioning, and closing strategiesPricing Strategy & Vendor ManagementNegotiate with manufacturers, vendors, and distributors to secure optimal pricing and deal structuresCollaborate with partners (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, OEMs) to strengthen competitive positioningEnsure pricing strategies align with margin goals and customer expectationsProposal Development & Solution PositioningLead the creation of client proposals, RFP responses, and solution presentationsTranslate technical offerings into clear, outcome-driven value propositionsPartner with engineering teams to ensure accuracy and competitiveness of solutionsCustomer Engagement & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across NYC SLED and enterprise clientsAct as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions to customer priorities and long-term goalsIdentify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesMarketing & Demand Generation SupportSupport and participate in marketing outreach, including calls for new service offerings and upcoming webinarsCollaborate with marketing to convert campaigns into qualified pipelineHelp refine messaging based on customer feedback and market responseCross-Functional CoordinationAct as a liaison between project managers, outside sales, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment and timely executionEnsure deals transition smoothly from sales to delivery while maintaining client expectationsDrive accountability across stakeholders to meet deadlines and commitmentsMarket Intelligence & StrategyStay informed on NYC public sector procurement cycles, funding, and competitive landscapeIdentify emerging opportunities in AI, cloud, and cybersecurity marketsUse insights to refine go-to-market strategies and sales positioning Qualifications & ExperienceExperience7–12+ years of B2B sales experience in IT solutions, technology services, or consulting.Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.Experience managing or mentoring inside sales or account executive teams.NYC SLED ExpertiseStrong understanding of NYC public sector (state, local, education) procurement processes.Established relationships within NYC SLED organizations highly preferred.Leadership & Sales ExcellenceDemonstrated ability to lead pipeline strategy, forecast accurately, and drive team accountability.Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities, especially in enterprise or public-sector environments.Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.Technology AcumenSolid understanding of AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions.Ability to communicate technical concepts in a business-relevant and outcome-driven manner.Communication & InfluenceExceptional executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.Strong presentation, storytelling, and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.Tools & Operational DisciplineAdvanced experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.Data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and performance optimization.Why Join Molaprise?Lead and shape a critical revenue function in a high-growth companyWork with cutting-edge AI, cloud, and cybersecurity solutionsStrong NYC market presence and established client relationshipsDirect exposure to strategic deals and executive leadershipClear path to Director and VP-level sales leadership rolesCompany DescriptionMolaprise is a fast-growing IT consulting and systems integration firm headquartered in New York City.
