The facility utilizes the Epic EMR system and is open to multiple providers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. The practice setting includes outpatient and inpatient care, ensuring a diverse and engaging experience for the physician. Hospital and surgery center privileges are required for this role, and the facility does offer temporary privileges, streamlining the onboarding process. As a part of the obstetrics and gynecology department, the physician will play a crucial role in patient care, with an average of 296 deliveries per year. The practice includes both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies, and the physician will be involved in various aspects, including FHR interpretation, OB ultrasounds, routine and complicated deliveries, and surgical gynecology. The support staff includes 2 MAs and 4 office staff, providing essential assistance for a smooth workflow. There is no requirement for the physician to supervise advanced practice providers, allowing for an independent practice setting.
