They’ve built a self-improving AI agent that conducts 24/7, personalized, conversational product demos for industry leaders like Attio and Linear. Having recently secured $6M in funding from top-tier VCs, they are scaling their founding team to handle a massive surge in enterprise demand.The MissionThis is not a standard "Customer Success" or "Implementation" role. This is a Founding Role for a technical strategist who wants to architect how AI interacts with the world’s most complex software products. You will be the bridge between visionary customers and a world-class engineering team.What you’ll be doing:Technical Architecture: Partnering with new customers to train AI agents on their specific product docs, recordings, and sales scripts.Agent Optimization: Designing "simulated buyer" scenarios to stress-test the AI, ensuring it handles deep technical questions and objections flawlessly.Process Engineering: Building the automated playbooks that will allow the company to scale from 10 to 1,000+ deployments.Founder Partnership: Working directly with the Founders to translate customer "intelligence" into the product roadmap.Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for professionals who can think like a Product Manager and execute like a Customer Engineer.The Startup Profile: You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from scratch.
